No log

I'm trying to see my graphs, etc... and I get a no log is available for this time frame message. It used to work, but seems to have stopped around 5:30ish PM yesterday (11/09). I cleared stats hoping that would help... it didn't. I have not changed anything in the tool box.

Any thoughts on what it may be, or is it something that needs to be reset on the server end?
