Radio ToolBox Signature Help

I read the FAQ about it, but I'm still very confused on how to make it work. So far, I've only download the image already Image. But I don't know what to with the script or GD library. Could someone please explain this more simple for me?

ya... this is so complicated... i dunno if i was suppose to get php or gd so i got them both
