Stats

Post by Bryant »

I have a couple of questions. In radio tool box, I have 2 of my servers connected and online, but after a mintue or two, either one or both go to cancelled status. Why is that?

Also I enabled FTP service on RTB and filled out the nessessary fields. I named my upload file to "stats.txt" and used the default template in RTB directory. Then I start up RTB, I look in the status window and it tells me that FTP service is uploading the file but never finishes uploading. I went into my web server and looked at stats.txt and it's empty.

Lastly, do I have to use RTB to give current info status or do I always have to have it running? I want my website to grab the current info itself without using RTB. I've try to include the php file to my website, but the info never changes(this is having RTB turned off). I don't want RTB running 24/7 on my PC. Thanks. :D

Radio Toolbox cancels stat requests if it feels it's taking too long for the request to process, usually this is related to some problem with your internet service provider (ie: slow network connections)

Radio Toolbox has to run on your PC for the duration that you want live stats as that is where all the work occurs, in Radio Toolbox that is. I find the best place to run Radio toolbox is where you run your source.
