Can't add stream, shows error

Hi! I'm Matt. First time using this application thanks to AI technology (psstt...).

I'm operating a 24/7 internet radio station named AllHitz24, and I'm trying to get stats with listeners and where they listen since I'm experimenting with advanced listener stats.

When I entered the stream it says that "Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." The streaming server is via a VPS Linux server from Chicago and the streaming is from the audio processor locally via stream[.]allhitz24[.]com/64 (running a HE-AAC 64kbps stream) running from the studio.

Log shows:
