In Radio Toolbox the account is inactive

in Radio Toolbox, I have the problem since yesterday, that my account suddenly is inactive. In the logfile, I get this message:

This copy of Radio Toolbox could not be syncronized to your account, the specific reason idenitfied was: (Die zugrunde liegende Verbindung wurde geschlossen: Unerwarteter Fehler beim Senden..). Please visit Radio Toolbox for more information about this warning.

Radiotoolbox.com underwent some much needed maintenance for the last 24 hours. That work has now completed. You should be able to restart Radio Toolbox if it has closed or deactivated itself.

If Radio Toolbox is running and you are still getting this error please let us know.

Same issue here...looks like some maintenance "broke" Radio Toolbox. Running a ping test shows data sent and received and none lost.

If this helps....I downloaded Radio Toolbox on another computer, tried to log into the account via Radio Toolbox.....no go, same error. So I tried just for kicks, seeing what would happen if I tried to sign up for another account. Radio Toolbox could not resolve the radio toolbox sign up page. It looks like it uses Internet Explorer. ( https://www.radiotoolbox.com/?rtbsignup=true ) However Firefox and Chrome does not have a problem finding the site. I have gone through every possible setting in IE to make sure noting in the security setting is preventing it from going to the website. If it is an internet explorer issue, upgrading IE is not an option with my Windows XP machines here.

This appears to be an issue with Windows XP.

Windows XP does not support modern cryptography and SNI for SSL.

We've added a cipher that should work with Windows XP. Please try now.
