UTF-8 Support

Steamcast's directory has been modified to accept UTF-8 encoded entries. If you use Icecast2 and list on our directory you should see a cleaner listing. Future versions of Steamcast will support UTF-8 encoding capabilities based on the source meta data character encoding.
