Unique listener counts have returned. The count will show your unique listeners for the past 1 month. You will only be able to see this stat if all your servers for a given station are authenticated with Radio Toolbox.

The count starts from this post date so give it until Dec to be accurate.

Unique listeners count no longer works for some months, and also it seems that no data is logged anymore.

You will need to continue running the Radio Toolbox Utility. If you are having a problem with the application, feel free to start a new thread so we can address that issue.

Edit: Looks like this is a legitimate problem with the panel. Let me do some digging to see if I can resolve it. Thanks!

I will set aside some time to resolve this issue. Sorry for the lack of follow-up, been a bit busy. We had a bad migration upgrading to PHP 8 (which was completely necessary) but broke a few backend processes.

I should have an update to you by the end of the month.

Hey there! There is mention in the first post about downloading data. Does that mean song/listener statistics? ... I can't see anywhere that I can download any info, either in the application or from the online log. Is there something I'm missing?

That is something we intend to support soon. Basically we would give you song and listener information that we have in some form of standardized format.
