For solving the website/domain online issue today. Got a little worried. Couldn't contact you since I only have your @radiotoolbox email address. Any way THANKS!!

Sorry, the downtime was my fault. I have a Proxmox cluster that hosts this website and last Friday the High Availability (HA) feature went wild and somehow corrupted the VM. This caused the outage. I thought it was up since it was showing as online within Proxmox after I had fixed the cluster and disabled HA. Luckily I also keep daily backups of all the VMs I host in the cluster so once I was aware the website was down I was able to restore from the backups.

Our email services fortunately were never down, so always feel free to reach out via email. I take some blame here as well when the site went down there were a flurry of notifications about the site being down, then up and down etc but I misunderstood the final notification and thought it was an online notification when it was in-fact an offline notification. I was traveling back home from a business trip and neglected to follow-up when I got back home.

Fortunately someone emailed me this morning asking if things were ok and I realized I forgot to follow-up.

Thank you all for being understanding, we definitely try our best but sometimes things fall through the cracks. Always feel free to contact me directly or our support email address if you have any concerns.

My email is my forum username @ radiotoolbox if you ever have a problem or concern.

Please note that the support email goes to both of us. So if the website is offline for more than one day please reach out via that email. That way it'll notify both of us and generally one of us will be able to investigate the outage. There will of course be occasional outages for maintenance but they should never last more than a few hours.

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace currently so its completely independent of the website being online.
