Hi, can anyone explain what listener conversion ratio means?

Literally it is the sum of all listeners counts over the coarse of a the period divided by the average which is then divided by the change in listener-ship. What it tells you is how high your turn over is. So a busy stations with lots of change in peaks will have a higher turn over of listeners. This is all fancy guesswork since Radio Toolbox may not have detailed stats about your actual listeners.
