I tried reproducing your setup and it appears to be working here, can you give me some details about your ISP, are you using a proxy? anything like that? If you want, PM me with your IP address for the web admin so I can work with the numbers first hand. Also are you using the FTP options or Script ...

well the live365 slowness is due to their server not our program so Liv365 listeners would have to listen for a while before RTB will get the number.

I'll try your streams out here and see if I can reproduce.

yea try to reinstall, also clear your Internet Explorer cache, even though that shouldn't be a problem, it can't hurt. If it still gives you problems post details about your OS and the stream causing the difficulty, and I can try to emulate it on my end

well Live365 has some java code somewhere that does this but it looks awful on most people's websites. If you source your stream using Winamp Radio ToolBox will soon have a solution to this problem, but it relies on Winamp so if you Easycast you are stuck using their java script :(

A cluster is a collection of servers which mirror off each other, they are identical in details, bitrate and playlist. To become one you only need to use a SHOUTcast server to mirror your current SHOUTcast mirror. The feature is mainly used for load balancing listeners thoughout all of your servers.

You want to set the Recording options to "What you Hear" or "PlayBack" essentially whatever mixer setting allows recording of all playback, then use the Volume Control Window to control your levels

Radio toolbox admin panel

I have finally got a functional Radio ToolBox Web Admin Panel. At this point it just shows stats and allows you to click on a listen link to hear all your streams.

Check it out

RTB - first bug report. with workarounds :)

bug #1. When you're adding or editing a server (ip/name and port) you can't use the delete key to edit the fields. It thinks you want to delete the record. Workaround: use backspace. Yes this is actually a bug in my delete code it does not make sure that list box control is active, this will be fix...

make sure the line that starts with includes, is correctly pointed to your includes.php file, I wrote it in nix so you will definately have to fix it for Windows. If you have problems or need more help let me know.
