Not to sound ego trippish or anything, but I know howto program in PHP/Perl, howto setup PLS/M3U files, upload MP3s with FTP, etc. But I'm unsure howto make a SHOUTcast server itself, read only from a playlist file which PHP can dynamically edit as of something like a request list (PalaceRadio.com)....
