Unique listener counts have returned. The count will show your unique listeners for the past 1 month. You will only be able to see this stat if all your servers for a given station are authenticated with Radio Toolbox.

The count starts from this post date so give it until Dec to be accurate ...

I use 20H2 version of Windows.
In the %localappdata%\RadioToolbox I have the following folders:
maps
RadioToolbox.exe_Url_cmct0iplcvyt5jzcesmshtdvqut1ocw4
and the RadioToolbox.rtbx file. That's it.

Here's the log attached as a picture. I couldn't find any lof in the directory.

The server is Icecast v 2.4.4.
It's also happening on shoutcast.

As I reported in another thread, whenever I try to add an Icecast server to a freshly installed RadioToolbox, it won't recognise the server credentials.
I also installed the test version provided but with no luck.

Thanks for the detailed answer Jay! All the servers always have their credentials in the program so we are good to go :D

BTW... there's a thing that needs to be fixed in RadioToolbox app. Whenever we add a new server and insert the credentials, they are not recognised. We have to install an older ...

Hey Jay! We really miss the unique listeners count in the new UI. Is there a way or any chance you can implement that again?

Got it figured. The error occurred because it was installed without the player mode (we usually don't need it). I reinstalled it with player included and the error is gone.
Maybe this will be fixed in the next release.

I use a DELL Optiplex 790 running a Windows Server 2012 R2 64bit operating system. .net framework 4.5 is installed and up to date with all the updates.
I also reinstalled from scratch. Same error.

You can try using the Cloudflare DNS service 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1.
Maybe it's also related to that.
