no worries...just my crappy linksys router...some forwarding problems.

same problem both ways...i guess i just posted the 1 time we tried it through 8001...oh and BTW i found out that port 8000 is a major virus and maleware port, so Ive switched to 2222 and 2223 and it solved my yp.shoutcast NAK error i belive.
