The problem could be the playlist format. Shoutcast uses .pls by default which isn't associated with any program on a default windows installation.

AWStats is pretty flexible. I have got it working with shoutcast and icecast. Not tried steamcast but it should work with a bit of tweaking :

Unfortunatly its not possible at the moment. Without going to techie on you its to do with the non-standard headers used in shoutcast.
