HOWEVER

It can be fixed by turning on compability mode for Windows NT4 SP5 (found in properties of the .exe)

Yes, I'm streaming in mp3, and my iTunes directory listing is linked to http://host:port/listen.pls but with steamcast running iTunes won't connect at all, when switching back to shoutcast it's able to connect.

I found out that when accessing the server with iTunes by http://host:port it doesn't work, is there a was to fix it so that my iTunes listeners can tune in?

Yes, it's listed on iTunes and is frequently full and being hit a lot constantly. It's been good for the last 20 hours for some reason.

Here's my setup, let me know if more details are needed:

- Listing on the all three 3rd party YPs, and SHOUTcast legacy as well

- Stream is fed with SAM3 Broadcaster, mp3 format

- The primary stream is the only mount

It crashes every few hours, I am running the exact same Steamcast on another ...

Steamcast had been working great for me up until the steamcast.com site went offline, then it was crashing within 10 seconds after startup. However, the new "super beta" posted here has fixed it.
