i was gonna post my config files a time ago but i didn\'t want to take-up any of your precious time. thank you for helping me out with this issue.

i wished there was a way you could check it out but i don't own private ip address and i'm not alowed to go through my isp's firewall.
strange think is that it works with icecast.
i'll try to connect to my stream from some other computer on the local network an check it.

got the recompiled version 0.9.71 for win32 running. the request is no more invalid so it pulls the meta data succesfuly but there is the song title still missing. instead of the name of the song the name of the station (-) appears.
i\'ve checked ezstream with icecast server just to make ...

my problem with not appearin\\\' the song names in new version remains the same. seems like steamcast is showing the name of the station instead of name of the currently playin\\\' song.

thanx for quick responses to this matter.

Currently we only support SHOUTcast style and Icecast 2 style meta data updating for mpeg streams and OGG style.

i have no problems with song titles when switching to icecast2.x using ezstream as a source but when i switch back to steamcast ...

there are no song names in admin panel either. see attached screenshot. the name columns contain the names of the station.

i\'ve been testin\' this great steamcast tool on my LAN radio server that currently handles 12 sources of ezstream with great success in stability even under heavy load of connected listeners (icecast 2.x ain\'t so stable).
the only problem is that all users can see only the name of the station they ...
